RA install steps please

Hi everyone, I tried installing RA but my DW game was still 1.04 with no trace of any changes. Im running win7 x64, my DW is installed to C:\Program Files (x86)\Sonalysts Combat Simulations\Dangerous Waters
(does that need to change perhaps?)

I extracted the RA folder and .bat to the above directory then ran it as admin. it went rather fast, not nearly as long as LWAMI did. maybe 5 seconds, so im guessing it encountered an error since my game appears 'un-modded'.

Could someone please outline, step-by-step install for RA? Starting from freshly uninstalling DW. Obviously step 1 is to install DW again, but where?
