Question about the longer repair times mod.

Enhanced damage effects is a visual modification, it gives you cooler looking explosions and oil slicks and debris and such. I don't think it effects the extent of the damage inflicted on your boat.

edit: For a while I used the LRT option that comes with OLC's gold mod. I'm sure I remember something about it conflicting with Lifeboats&Debris so I think that one is a known issue atleast.
