Why wont my Watch Officer go to his post when I surface!!!
This is getting pretty annoying... Everytime I surface the boat I have to manually put the WO back to his station. I mean, the crew gets there but not him....
Do I have a lazy WO?  How can I get him to do his job? Help me please or I make him walk the plank!!!
