New computer specs: what do you think?

After countless CTD´s and 3 years of use I decided to retire my old rig and buy a new one. Not being a expert/geek myself I would like to know what you think of it:

It sounds good enough and where I live those things are expensive, nevertheless it´ll be good to know if I´m doing something stupid.

You are good with this but is very important to pay attention at the power supply and try to have an big case well ventilated also
