[REQ] Some Things that still need fixing

AMAZING MODDERS with skills beyond those of us mere mortals..... is there anything we can do about:

1) Crew messages that are totally useless.... like when you leave the sub penn your crew shouts to you " Ship Sighted!!! " and " Smoke on the horizon!!!" lol ( yeah we know, its from the friendly German destroyer that guards your harbor entrance!!

+ when aircraft fly past your crew shouts the message " ' Kamph Band ' Sighted!! " ( its not a task force or 'Kamph Band' of cruisers .... its 2 hurricanes !!)

2) Aircraft that attack you... and hit you... but when they hit you the cannon shells cause NO damage to your boat's sytems OR hull integrity (even with IRAI 30.0) and therefore you often dont feel the need even to dive... because you know aircraft shells will cause you either very little or no damage.

3) Some way for crew and even your officers to die.... (Athough this is very difficult I know )
