Patches, mods and upgrades

Hello gentlemen,

At the minute I`m pretty engrossed in SHII. I have already installed the projekt schwertfisch sound patch and i`m delighted with it as my german is at a decent standard , this was simple enough for me as it was an initializing set up thing but now i have a problem.

I`ve downloaded some of the other the bits and bobs. detailing to merchant shipping/das boot scope kit /water mod etc. They`re just zip files and I`m not sure where I should extract them to or if I should. I have windows 7 if thats any help.

For love nor money I don`t know what to do with them now that they`re on my desktop. Sorry for the dumbass needing guidance here but I`m not 100% computer literate.

Any pointers appreciated.
