Encountered problem

Hi, just reinstalled SH4 and then installed OM with all bells and whistles (OM v 705, OM v 720, OM v 720 patch 5, OMEGU v 300 amd OMEGU v 300 patch 7. Ran it for a while, love the graphics, started it today and asked it to load the saved game and got the dreaded "Windows has encountered an problem and has to close". Tried twice more, same thing both times. Anyone else had this and if so how do I fix it, thanks for any help.
