La Spezia Weirdness

Checked into La Spezia to repair from damages after crossing through Gibralter, and somehow overnight my sub and watch crew were buried in concrete!

I think I have seen this bug somewhere before, but it was still very strange. (Or if its not a bug, those Italian construction workers in La Spezia are building up the base way too fast!)

Concrete must be fresh because these guys are still wiggling.

These boys really do not look happy.

Does anyone know if the latest harbor traffic mod fixes this?
