Queston on Vid Card Tweak nhancer ect

With my normal Nividia cotrol panel in 3D settings I adjust image settings with preview slider bar to emphasize Quality and it works vary well and I have no jagged edges vary smooth but a few white spots on the distant horizon.
I downloaded nhancer to tweak it and I fixed the distant flashy spots on the horizon, but the uboat and crew will have jagged edges with the setting set high or other settings I tried ect. I spent all day yesterday trying different settings with nhancer trying to fix it but I could only fix the distant horizon on the ocean at the cost of jagged edges on crew, uboat and close inviorment. I cannot get a nice uboat and nice horizon at the same time.
I guess I would rather have a nice uboat and nice near inviorment but the far away horizon waterline will have to look ugly .
Anyone have any Ideas or settings? I tried to copy some setting I have seen persons use with nhancer for SH3 but only fixes my sun and horizon and makes the crew and uboat look ugly. Sorry got to have some eye candy hehhe.

My System details:
No High end system but adjusted perfect until I can afford a new one.
PWR supply: 700 whatt with 140mm fan
Video Card: Galaxy GeForce 210 PCIEx 1024MB/MO HDMI To HDTV
HD 720p TV 42"
Win 7 home premium 32 bit ( 32 bit is less demand for my system than 64)
Athaon 64 X2
3.5 gig RAM
System adjusted for best performance no background programs

The White spots on the ocean at horizon go away with nhancer but get edges every were else so smooth with slide bar but want to fix both
