Why don't we just accuse North Korea?

yeah, now we accuse Islam, Obama and the government for our problems
thing is, there are supporters of Islam, Obama and the government in subsim
therefore, accusing them causes huge flame wars.
Why don't we just accuse North Korea for everything?
After all, there are no North Koreans in Subsim.
North Koreans can't access the internet, and technically they are still at war with the rest of the world. so accusing them is politically correct, and will offend nobody!
