I agree with the problems people encounter because of these 'Bots'.....it is really offputting.
I only make a purchase using the 'Buy It Now' option if I think the price being asked is a fair one. My own personal experience is that after a few purchases with the same dealer a trusting relationship can develop and some are willing to deal direct.
