Default After refueling

So what are the limitations of SSN's after refueling when the pressure hull has been compromised for the before said refueling.

Scorpion, which had been recently refueled, before its loss in 1968, was limited to 300 feet.

It is prolly classified but it surely is a factor. Any thoughts?
