HELP regarding playable ships

Hi guys i know you must get sick of peaple asking for help on creating a playable ship sorry but im one of those peaple i have searched the forum and at the moment havent found much help but still looking could some kind person point me to a thread or link for the right information i need i also have taken in account that it may not be easy making playable ships and alot of modders have,nt got much spare time so all i ask is that point me in the right direction please
