Using UUV for traacking contacts?

I played yesterday a mission about tracking a 688i.

You know how hard is to locate one with the Akula, and much more tracking without being detected.

My cuestion is: is possible to launch a UUV to follow the 688i (or any other) with more accuracy but without closing too much?

How easy would be for the enemy to detect the UUV? (apart from hearing or not the launching).
Is noisy as a normal torpedo?

Would it be considered an attack?

I tried, but forgot to slow to 4 knots

, the UUV failed, and I had no more stowed

. The mission was long and I don't want to repeat it.
