[WIP] St. Nazaire sub pen numbering

Hi chaps,

A little update.

I have modified the pen 3d model to create an additional pen model a "center" pen eg. one that has openings through either side in addition to the exisitng left and right pen models so all the center pens eg. number 2-13 are connected whilst the left and right pens (14 and 1) are closed at the ends.

I have also added a new "ceiling" to the pens to try and replicate the steel rods in the cement and also added pen numbering to the connecting doorways.

These shots from Silent 3ditor, will post in-game screenshots ASAP.
