Kalach, ditto; though I normally buy him qualified by editing my renown and awarding the qualification via SH3Cmdr.
Simsurfer, if you use SH3Cmdr, you can award the medal via that, but Kalach is right about a healed crew member not receiving any medal if fully healed before the patrol ends. |
