Nav / Attack map bearing card

I know this has been covered before, but repeated searches have left me with nothing because I can't for the life of me remember the proper terminology for this one...

Can someone point out which files are associated with this one? I'm working on a personal mod that is going to overlay TMO (which has this bearing card already), but when I apply it, my bearing cards are gone, so I need to figure out which file deals with this so I can' make changes as necessary to keep the card.
