Private rules For Awards and Promotions

I was just reading an old post concerning " Private rules " back a few pages ago and use most of these . To kind of expand on this . What " Private rules " do you use for " Awards and Promotions " . I , myself use "SH III Commander" and manage my crew's " Awards and Promotions " with this program only . I have kicked this issue around in my head for quite awhile . I'm not conpletely satisfied with my set of " Rules " on this . It would be interesting to here from the " Sub Sim " community of your own set of personal and Private rules concerning this .
