Sound Behavior

I know where the files are for specific sound effect.

In this case there are four separate files for the engine sounds.

There is the set for the diesel exterior, electric exterior, Motor loop Diesel, and electric loop interior.

That being said, all of these sounds are behaving in the same incorrect manner. Only the volume changes with the change in power settings.

This either means there are four seperate controllers, or there is one controller for all four sounds.

Does anyone know how to correct this silly bug? For that matter does anyone know how the sounds are controlled by the game. Is it the Sdl file?
