SH 5 - list of campaign objectives

Hi,

1) Can we list here all the objectives needed to complete every particular campaign in SH 5?
2) Can somebody paste here a screenshot of the campaign screen with all campaigns unlocked on it, pls?
3) Also, if you've finished the game could you provide your save file here?

I'll start with 1):

1st Campaign: Total Germany
Main Objectives:
1) Invasion of Poland (tutorial - needs to be done before 09.04.1939)
Sink 3 Polish ships evacuated from Poland.
2) British Coastal Waters (deadline: 06.01.1940)
Sink 50,000 tons near the east coast of England.
3) British Supplies (deadline: 06.01.1940)
Sink 100,000 tons in the Southern Approaches
4) Blockade of Germany (deadline: 05.01.1940)
Sink 5 ships in the Northern Approaches and 1 Aircraft Carrier in the south.

And later, once March 1940 arrives:
5) Operation Waserubung (deadline: 06.01.1940)
Sink any battleship entering Norway's territorial waters/Sink 5 British ships in Narvik's territorial waters.

Additional objective:
Drop a spy near Liverpool.

Main Objectives:
1) British Coastal Waters (deadline: 01.01.1941)
Sink 100,000 tons near the east coast of England.
2) British Supplies (deadline: 03.01.1941)
Sink 200,000 tons on North Atlantic.
3) Army Supplies (deadline: 03.01.1941)
Sink 10 ships with armament supplies for England.

And later (in September 1940):
4) Strategical Supplies (deadline: 03.01.1941)
Sink 5 tankers/Sink 10 ships with supplies.
5) Pride of the Royal Navy (deadline: 03.01.1941)
Sink 2 large warships on patrol duty.

Additional objective:
Drop a spy near Londonerry.
