Mod Request: Planes visible on PPI-Radar?

Hello Guys,

first pleas apologize my bad english, not my native language..

I search for a mod where make the planes visible on the PPI/A-Scope Radar, i mean till Patch 1.2/1.3 the Planes are visible..
At the moment i have lots and lots of Radarwarnings from Radioroom, then i click the Radarscope and nothing is seen..

Or have we any mod where the radioman make a difference Message to Sea or Aircontacts?
