Strange artifacts in graphics

Your Good. I should have put something like that on it But yes that is almost exactly where the flickering is going on. Even when paused. But actually it's in this area not all the way across. "Sorry" My PSP skills couldn't figure out how to make it hollow like yours , But you nailed it.

So its not happening to you? I thought it might be a driver or setting in nVidia or... Aww heck I give up.
