[REQ] Crew Casualties / Replacable Officers

i also do miss this feature. One of the more "role playing" elements that worked for me. I was always most fond of my gun crews and watch crews, they all got the medals (after the officers) And it really hurt when one was killed.

Somehow that system did a lot more for me to care about my crew than asking about Dieter's wife.

So do any of the modding gurus see this in the realm of possibility? It seems things can be tweaked, but how much can actually be added?
