They still use them, in fact they have made a sort of "Super Silkworm" called the Ra'ad (that means "Thunder"). Its a derivative of the CSS-C-7 SADSACK (PRC Designation HY-4, export designation C-201W). It has a turbojet engine instead of the old rocket which gives it massive range, not to mention you don't need to be in full chemical suits to work around a fueled one and plus it can hit any target in the Gulf from the Iranian coast. North Korea also uses it as the NK-01 missile.
