Stuck with VIIA ?
Hello all, it's my first post here... I have a simple question: when can I upgrade my sim from type VIIA to VIIB or VIIC ?
At first I tought I was not good enough but now it's Sept 15, 1941 and I sunk about 330000 since the beginning of the war... but I can't figure how to upgrade to type B or C... No radar, no camouflage... nothing since 1939.... So am I missing something or not? Thanks! |
