what we are asking about is:

open the OPCF_sh5 folder found in the jsgme "MODS" folder and tell us (or show us) what you see there, it should just be a folder named "data"

if you see another folder there called OPCF_sh5 then THAT is the actual mod and the only one that should have been placed into jsgme.
