I need some help editing a skin
I made this NSS_Balao_T01.DDS using Microsoft Paint(Native Vista Version
 ) but I am unable to add any costic effects. Every time I start trying to do some coustic effects, it just trashes the skin. Can someone help me out?  -TheBeast Did some more work on the aft keel area and added ripped effect on ballast tanks. Last edited by TheBeast; 03-16-10 at 08:56 PM. |
