[REL] Better Torpedo Graphics

I have to work on the images, but it shouldnt take long. I don't want to highjack the thread so I'll focus on what I think looks ok, but I am open for corrections. I intend to link the .dds file(s) here and then OP can zip it an name it.

I don't see any reason why there can't be more than one mods for this. I just want to get this one done and see how it fares.

Edit: Ops, I have to make a change somehow for that additional acoustic torpedo.
