Wasn't the crowd hugely upset regarding missing harbor traffic in SH3? Had to be modded...

In reality, going into a busy harbor is a "challenge" even with a small boat, if not the most demanding task (After a day of fishing and drinking). So it makes perfect sense to stand on the bridge, using that TC button with caution. Even when rushing, it takes only 2-3 minutes, so what?

Verdammt, you wanna be KaLeun or not? You even went to college to get that rank, remember?

So, no bug for me, if I was a Tanker Capitan, I wouldn't stop for subs either...
