...was denen fehlt ist ein anständiges Service Management wie Cobol oder ITIL, wird wohl noch ein weilchen dauern bis das bei UBI Romania Einzug hält, ob sich das für ein "Software Billig Produkt" lohnt, welches im Nischen Bereich angesiedelt ist mag fraglich erscheinen, um es jedoch tauglich für die Masse zu machen ist eine langfristige Service Management Lösung, wenigstens ansatzweise zu empfehlen.
