well i started off learning sh4 and love it, so I went out and bought sh3 on a whim due in part to all of the chatter about it. I've got both versions modded to the hilt but as it stands right now, the win goes to sh4. Just my opinion AND I have spent a few hundred hours in sh4 vs about 20 in sh3. BOTH are good!
