[REL] DBSM SH3 Speech Fix
Some people have complained in the past about the fact that "Ahead Slow" is whispered all the time.
This little mod changes it so that file is spoken in a normal voice (still from the movie) except when Silent Running or other times when they whisper. JSGME ready. http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/down...o=file&id=1528
