Quick little question about RUB1.43

ok thanks just making sure I wasn't going mad!!!!! Well than I have one minor little thing to point out.
Tobruk, I do beleive should be Neutral at the start of the war, not in German hands....Don't get me wrong I am not having a go........
I had my first go at it today and loved. But now I have to do abit of change in my tactics because shells do hurt now. SO no more "Don't Care" when shells are bouncing of my hull.
3 shells hit me from a corvette...............returned to base Hull integrity was 32%
