Crew rotated to stations automatically

It seems I've done a boo-boo and I was wondering if someone knew about this because I'm searching 500 results and can't find where this has been discussed before.

I installed GXW and Commander and was on patrol when the time came to change the crew on the bridge. When I dragged a sailor from the resting quarters to the bridge so he would replace the tired dude, the game asked me if I wanted assignments to rest to be handled automatically. I misread this, thinking it was asking me if I wanted to send the tired dude to rest when in fact it seems it was asking me if I wanted rested crew members to automatically fill the posts at stations I would empty

Now, whenever I drag someone off the bridge and temporarily into, say, the forward torpedo room, someone from the fore rest quarters automatically goes up to the bridge!

Does anyone know how to disable this behaviour? Pleeeez!
