F1 menu issue - WAC or MaGUI?

Hi, not sure where to post the questions, so I figured I start a new topic.

I have WAC 4.1 installed with MaGUI on top. Everything works great excpet the F1 menu is all messed up.

"Other Controls" shows just the Support Ships.
"Enemies of Germany" shows what should be on the Other Controls page.
Resupply Info, Uboats and Distance Info, and Flotilla News I and II are all blank.

Also, I can't find the flags help mentioned in some of the docs anywhere.

Anyone have a thought on what I might have done wrong... or what could be wrong to cause this? I'm not even sure which of the two mods control this.
