Folklore of different people and nations sometimes can be interesting, and touching. But German folklore, especially the tourism- and grandmother-optimised Bavarian display with Volksmusik und Musikantenstadl, for the most is just - embarassing...

Not that I get mistaken, I love Bavaria. Beautiful landscape, beautiful small towns and villages, and girls having the most sexy accent in all of Germany. Just this folklore thing is more than I can bear.

Girls with Austrian accent sound even cuter.
