Menu of Silent Hunter III

Hey guys,
I have a question. Is there a way to take the menu of Silent Hunter III and make the resolution bigger to 1680 x 1050 or bigger for example, instead of 1024 x 768? The 1024 x 768 menu resolution annoys me along with the fuzzy lines on the screen when I play GWX mod for example. It bugs me and I want a solution.
I went into the menu of the 1024 x 768 menu, I don't know how to adjust it.
Can anybody tell me how to make the menu screen bigger, please?
