Gate's arrest report

If your not familiar with the story this man Henry Louis Gates was arrrested after a neighbor noticed 'someone' breaking into his home and called the police.

Gates is claiming Racisim.

Read it and decide for yourself.

Personally I think this guy acted like an ass and probably should have been arrested.

Note the arrrest is for "loud and tumultious behaviour" and not breaking and entering.
