I'll help you justify disabling the fatigue model... IRL the Kpt. wouldnt have to put his men to bed or rotate watches, thats what your junior officers and NCO's are for.
 The only time I can justify the fatigue model is during combat.. sleeping through depth charging is kinda rough.. unless your Cpl. Hicks from Aliens.
