GWX Gold + Warship mod 2.0 CTDs

My PC spec as follows.
P4 3.4Ghz
2GB ram
SB Audigy4
Sapphire Ati HD3850 (pcie) /w Cat. 9.6
Windows XP Pro SP3

Mods enable via jsme:
GWX - 16km Atmosphere
GWX - Enhanced Damage Effects
GermanPartII
VIIB&VIIC

No other mods used.

I created a single mission with random generated convoy with random escorts. The mission loads fine, but whenever i engage the escorts (once they got hit or after some hits), i got sh3sim.act error and CTD. Tried reinstall everything but still the same.

Any ideas?

I'm not sure whether it was GWX or Warship mod issue so i start a seperate post. And sorry if this issue had already been raised but there are over 100 pages in Warship mod & GWX threads, it is simply too long to read them all.
