GWX3GOLD - How to properly use the English Nav Map and Grid Refs mod

Evening,

I have been wondering how to properly use the English Nav Map and Grid Refs mod for GWX3GOLD.I am assuming this translates all text on the map from German to English,but this is apparently not the case,as its still in German.This is not a HUGE problem,but for obvious reasons I would have liked it in English.
Is there another mod that needs activating with this mod,or anything else I need to be doing?
