[TEC] Adding Compute Solution button

Since there are serious issues with the TDC/notepad combo currently in UBM (It appears to be a one or the other thing right now, I can't use the TDC to set my speed without it always be ovveridden by the Notepad) I tried to add a button to bring back the old 'Have WO compute solution' function from SH3 days.

The command is there in commands.cfg, but it doesn't appear to work. Has anyone else fooled with this?

'Identify Target' does work, though.
