USS Texas
For those interested (especially if you made the last subsim meet)
I have long heard that the USS Texas is depicted by computer animation shelling the island of Iwo Jima in the movie "Flags of our Fathers". I have found the scene and it looks just like her  she appears at about 6 seconds in letting loose with a full broadside  pause it at 6 seconds and compare to this image http://www.subsim.com/house/meet2054.jpg
