sen toku I-400 questions

i was checking details on the I-400 sen toku and i noticed a very very big difference in the figures and im not sure why?

the sh4 config says this:

3DModelFileName=data/Submarine/NSS_Sen_Toku/NSS_Sen_Toku

UnitType=200
MaxSpeed=18.75
MaxSpeedSubmerged=6.5
Length=122 <<<< should this be 400.3
Width=7 <<<< should this be 23 or 39.3 (which one is the height?)
RenownAwarded=400

that greatly contradicts those numbers, which is accurate? sh4 has the displacement and engine hp correct but not the length and width sizes.
