ElephantMemory Seaman Join Date: Aug 2007 Posts: 35 Downloads: 78 Uploads: 0	White caps really only depend on the amount of wind. I have been out on the ocean on a day when the waves were no bigger than half a foot, but if the wind is blowing hard , you will see white caps.
