So, what if we rescue a uboot that has been historically sunk..?
At the moment, im at grid DF67 to DF68. Just a few kilometers west of the border. Its 06:58, 27th of April 1944. Just 6 hours ago i sunk an unreported Task Force (5 Destroyers, 1 Escort Carrier) on grid DF65. Now, according to u-boat.net this uboat i have in front of me, is sunk with all hands lost by the Task Force i destroyed some hours ago. Now what? ![]() ![]() PS The sub is most likely the Type XIV, U-488 Milk Cow which was historically sunk in these waters. (http://www.uboat.net/boats/u488.htm) It can also be the U-490 which was also a Milk Cow, sunk near Azores a few days later. http://www.uboat.net/boats/u490.htm Edit: Just a day before i recieved a message from this sub saying it was attacked. So if its u448 here, i can slide up to Azores and try to rescue the other sub. ![]() |
