I'v been trying my hand on some modelling in 3dsmax9.
First I export the Turm7b_1_coning7b_High.obj file from S3D (U-53 Eagle GWX mod) Then I import it into max. Everything looks good. (Export from S3d and import into Max, settings are from Privateer post here I dont touch the model in Max, to see if it works, so after I export it from here, I go ahead and import it back to its place inside Turm7b_1_hd.dat. Again no errors in s3d. The texture is messed up in the game: (Emblem and top railing) ![]() ![]() Then I learn the mtl and obj file needs to be edited, as privateer points out, same thread. But WHEN do we do this editing. 1) After exporting from S3d before we import into MAX? or 2) After editing in Max, before importing back to S3d? or Both? ![]() Exported MTL file from S3d: Code:
