ROW and SH4 1.5

I understand that PE4 doesn't support Natural Sinking Mechanics. Is ROW compatible with SH4 1.5 and RFB 1.5/RSRD?

Try the new RFB 1.52. It has a totally revamped sinking and damage mechanics + Kriller's latest PE4 is already built into the mod. There is also a corresponding RSRD version to accompany the new RFB.
