Adding GWX Cfg files to SH3 Commander?

I have SH3 Commander 3.1.2 and GWX 2.1 Installed again.
I downloaded the GWX 2.1 cfg files for SH3 CMD 3.0
And have been installed and copy files manual to my SH3 CMD. Folder.
Step 1. Copy the 5 GWX files to my SH3 Cmd Cfg Folder Replacing 5 files.
Step 2. Add the Air Folder the 907 Flotilla Data Folder Hope this was right?
Step 3. I am confused?? About the VIIC41 Folder in the U Boat Folder??
Do I Replace the VIIC41 folder with the GWX VIIC41 Folder? or copy the GWX
Folder into the orignal VIIC41 CMD folder then I have two VIIC41 Folders??
The new GWX VIIC41 and the orignal SH3 VIIC41 Folder. Something just doesn't Look right.

Could sombody help me on the VIIC41 Install. The Last step.

It goes into the cfg folder of sh3com therefor u have 1 x VIIC41-folder in "../u-boat/" form the installation of sh3com and another one in "../cfg/" after copying the extra cfg files as described in the readme.txt file.

Tis my fault that

I should have said copy the contents into the data folder
Overwriting the Cfg\907 Flotilla Data and Submarine folders ( from memory )

The 907 folder will put Med skins on the aircraft when in the Med automatically
The Viic\41 will automatically give you the improved VIIC41 model when chosen
