GWX + OLC Gui Special and Country Flags

Hi,

Hopefully, this isn't an idiotic question, but I can't find the drop down for the country flags.

I'm using GWX 2.1, OLCE2, OLC Gui Special, LRT, Final Torpedo, Lifeboat/Debris.

Not idiotic. IIRC I never documented that feature.
Just hover your mouse over the thing labelled "Flaggen".
